Welcome to the official website of the Greenlinks Homeowners Association, Inc., an Idaho nonprofit corporation. Whether you are a current or prospective homeowner we welcome you.

We are a group of 43 homes located in Middleton, Idaho and believe we are first and foremost neighbors and friends. Our Homeowners Association was formed to ensure that we maintain home values and a peaceful living situation throughout our neighborhood.

Our Board of Directors is composed of 5 members, each of whom own a home in our neighborhood. The Officers are chosen from that Board. It is the Board’s duty to maintain the common property and assets of the Association, and preserve the aesthetics of the neighborhood as outlined within its governing documents. It is the Board’s intent to act fairly and transparently with all our neighbors in this regard. We value the trust you have given us and work to uphold the best interest of the HOA as a whole.
